(Make an igloo out of this cheese ball with mini black olive penguins for the holidays!)

Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients, reserving some bacon crumbles to roll the cheese ball in. Roll 1 or 2 balls, then roll in chopped parsley, pecans or bacon as desired. You may freeze the ball before covering the outside.

Ingredients
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 Cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 small jar chopped pimientos
2 T. sweet pickle relish
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Dash pepper
Pecans and fresh chopped parsley for garnish
