This is from a fun kids book series about a little boy who solves neighborhood mysteries. He loves pancakes and here is his recipe.

Directions
Mix together the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder
Add the egg, melted butter, and milk. Stir, lumps okay
Warm a skillet over medium heat till water drop skitters around.
Pour a 1/2 cup of batter onto skillet. When pancakes have bubbles flip them over.
Continue til all batter is used.
