Description
I found this recipe on Cooks.com. Use a good chocolate-flavored coffee and fresh vanilla bean pods. I wasn't able to get Clear Springs or Everclear in California (it's illegal here!) so I used a high proof vodka. Hope it's good!

Directions
Bring coffee to a boil in a large pot. Gradually add 2 pounds brown sugar and return to boil stirring constantly. Let cool until room temperature. When completely cool, add the vanilla and the Clear Springs.

1 12-cup pot of very strong coffee
2 pounds light brown sugar (about 5 cups packed)
4-6 T. vanilla extract (or 2 split and scraped bean pods)
1 bottle 190 proof Clear Springs or Everclear
