Description
A nice rich taste with lots of spices...use your favorite kind of nutmeats. You can even bake this recipe in large muffin tins. (Sometimes I add dried cranberries.) A recipe from my friend Terrie!

Directions
Mix oil, eggs and pumpkin. In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture and blend well. Add nuts and stir. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Check the top with a toothpick to make sure the bread is set in the middle of the loaf.

1 cup canola oil
3 eggs
1 lg. can "ready-mix" pumpkin filling (Not pure pumpkin)
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 cup chopped nuts
