Description
Yummy soup

Directions
chicken thighs or drumsticks, remove skin
boil with onion, garlic, green pepper, bay leaf
add vegetables ( malanga, calabasa, plantains) Sancocho by Goya,
carrots and corn, celery

and add water and heat on medium. Add cumin.

once chicken and vegetables are tender add barley or pasta
