A slightly new take on the traditional tuna casserole. Pure comfort food!

Directions
Cook spagetti in water till al dente. Melt butter and saute onion, garlic and mushrooms. Stir in the soup, milk, sherry and 1/2 cup cheese. Blend in remaining ingredients. Mix with spagetti and pour into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees till cheese is melted and casserole is hot...about 30-35 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.

1/2 pound spagetti broken into 3 inch pieces
3 T. butter
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 cans cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sherry
1 cup grated sharp cheese
2 small cans tuna, water-packed
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup fresh parsley
