A good all-around rub for pork or chicken or a turkey on the grill!

Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. May mix with a little olive or corn oil and rub over poultry or pork.

2 T. granulated sugar or brown sugar
1 T. paprika
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. liquid smoke flaovring (optional)
