Description
This is a very easy fast recipe to fix and is very satisfying and filling.
I use to fix it for my family, many times at their request. Most of the ingredients.
you can have on the shelf and serve it up at a moments notice. It can be served
over rice or noodles

Directions
Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.
Stir in meat and brown. Stir in flour,pepper, and mushrooms.
Cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup. Reduce heat and simmer
uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through.
Garnish with parsley. Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients
1/2 Cup minced onion (I often reconstituted dried minced onion in hot water if I didn't have fresh.
1 clove garlic, minced (I use the garlic powder if I don't have any fresh on hand,not garlic salt, though)
1/4 cup butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb.fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 8oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup commercial sour cream
parsley (optional)
