Directions
Boil potatoes and cube when cool.
Sprinkle with olive oil and vinegar and toss.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Refrigerate.

Ingredients
Dill Potato Salad
4# sm.red potatoes
2 T. olive oil
2 T. cider vinegar
1 C. lt. mayo
1 C. plain yoghurt (I use Columbo)
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 C. minced red onion
1/2 C. minced fresh dill - or dried to taste 1-2 T.
