Directions
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Line a jelly-roll pan with aluminum foil. Place popcorn, Bugles, pretzels, and nuts in a very large bowl. Combine brown sugar, butter and syrup in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is bubbly around the edges. (About 4-5 minutes.) Continue cooking for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour syrup over popcorn mixture and toss gently till well-coated. Place into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely then gently stir in chocolate pieces. Store in a tightly covered container.

1 cup miniature pretzels
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup M and M's
