A wonderful holiday (or any day) cookie/bar filled with the goodness of oats!

Directions
In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups flour, oats, sugars and soda. Stir in the butter. Reserve 1 cup of this crumb mixture and press the remaining crumbs into the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the cranberries, dates and pecans evenly over crust. Stir together the caramel topping and the remaining flour; drizzle over fruits and nuts. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the top and return to the oven for 18-20 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 24 bars.

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. SUNSWEET CRANBERRY FRUITLINGS
1 cup SUNSWEET chopped dates
1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
1 cup caramel ice cream topping
