Chilled Fruit Cups (for large groups) submitted by Mom Johnson
Description
Great for making ahead (Thinking of family holidays) and serving larger groups!

Directions
In a large bowl prepare pineapple juice concentrate according to pkg. instructions. Add the orange juice concentrate, water, sugar, lemon juice and fruit. Spoon into cups; place cups in a pan and freeze. Remove from freezer 40-50 minutes before serving. 18 servings.


Try adding fresh blueberries, blackberries and raspberries when in season.




Ingredients
v 1 can (12 oz.) frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
v 1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
v 1 up water
v 1 cup sugar
v 2 T. lemon juice
v 3 medium bananas, sliced
v 1 pkg. frozen unsweetened strawberries
v 1 can (15 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
v 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
v 18 clear plastic cups (9 oz.)
