Mango Shrimp Salsa Appetizer submitted by Mom Johnson
Make this "salsa" as spicy as you want by adding or subtracting the amount of chopped jalapeno pepper.

Combine all ingredients, stir lightly and serve with fresh tortilla chips.

v 2 pounds small to medium shrimp, cooked with tails off
v 1 cup chopped, loosely packed cilantro
v 1 cup mild salsa (Picante)
v 1 cup fresh orange juice
v 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
v 1/2 cup sliced green onions
v 1/2 cup olive oil
v 1-2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
v 1 container mango salsa (from Trader Joes)
