Oat Scones submitted by Karen Johnson
These were shared with us at AJ's aunt and uncle's house. They were given the recipe from the daughter-in-law, Holly. Yummy!

Mix flour through salt until crumbly.

Then add yogurt and oats.

Mold into a circle and score into triangles, cutting only an 1/8th of an inch. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

v 1.5 c flour
v 1/2 t baking soda
v 2 t baking powder
v 1/2 c sugar
v 1/2 c butter (cut in)
v 1/2 t salt
v 1/3 c plain yogurt
v 1 c oats
