Make your own Herbs de Provence with this simple recipe. Good on chicken, meat, in sauces, soups and stews.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in a spice jar. Can double and triple easily.

v 1 T dried Marjoram
v 1 T dried Thyme
v 1 T dried Savory
v 1 t dried Basil
v 1 t dried Rosemary
v 1/2 t sage
v 1/2 t fennel seeds
