Enjoy the warm summer BBQ's with this potato salad classic.

Boil potatoes and cube when cool.
Sprinkle with olive oil and vinegar and toss.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.

v Dill Potato Salad

v 4# sm.red potatoes
v 2 T. olive oil
v 2 T. cider vinegar
v 1 C. lt. mayo
v 1 C. plain yoghurt (I use Columbo)
v 2 T. Dijon mustard
v 1 1/2 t. salt
v 1/2 t. pepper
v 1 C. minced red onion
v 1/2 C. minced fresh dill - or dried to taste 1-2 T.
