Directions
Whisk the marinade ingredients. Cut the steak crosswise into 4 equal pieces, then cut each piece lengthwise in half against the grain. Place the steak pieces in a large resealable bag and pour in the marinade. Press out the air and seal tightly. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours (I like them marinating longer!), turning occasionally.
Soak bamboo skewers for at least 30 minutes prior to BBQing. Prepare the grill for direct cooking over high heat. Remove the steak from the bag and discard the marinade. Thread the steak pieces onto the skewers and grill with the lid closed until cooked to your desired doneness, 4-6 minutes for medium rare, turning once.
