Description
Use ground beef or the healthier ground turkey - either way these are a delicious summertime variation on an old favorite. Serve with or without a bun and pineapple slice!

Directions
Combine all ingredients and shape into patties - BBQ on medium-hot coals. Top with a pineapple slice and enjoy!

2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 can chinese vegetables ( chop suey)
1 5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, sliced
